Derek MacDonald joined Stevens in 2024 and is a partner in the Crime department working from our Alsager office. Derek has experience dealing with the following types of matters: At court- motoring offences, public order, theft, minor criminal damage, burglary, assault to include both domestic and non-domestic, breach of a court order and certain drug offences, and at the police station - both voluntary and under arrest -murder, rape, robbery, fraud, on-line crime, assault, dishonesty offences including theft and burglary, domestic abuse and hate crime, breach of court order, youth crime, drug offences.
