Simon joined Stevens in 2005 and works in the Magistrates Court department. He went on to become a partner in 2017. Simon spent some time away from the firm exploring other opportunities, including Criminal Practice on the British overseas territory of St Helena. Simon returned to the firm in 2025 and is now the partner managing the Magistrates Court department. Simon is a qualified HCA. He has experience dealing with the following types of matters:
Murder, Cyber Crime, Serious Fraud, Serious Violence, Serious Sexual Offences, Theft, Drug Offences, POCA, Youth court matter. Simon continues to complete professional development courses relevant to Criminal Defence.
